The history regarding Namman Muay Products

Namman Muay Origins:

Namman Muay originates from Thailand; as with many things from Thailand’s rich culture, it’s formulation was handed down from generation to generation. Today, it is the trusted product of some of the worlds most extreme athletes. Sometimes known simply as Boxing Liniment or Thai Liniment, Namman Muay is used daily by practitioners of Muay Thai. Muay Thai is considered one of the worlds most effective, yet physically demanding martial arts utilizing the entire body; it is commonly referred to as THE ART OF EIGHT LIMBS.

Fortunately for us, the formula was finally bottled in the 1960’s by the head trainer of a Western-style boxing camp. This trainer’s name was Thongtos Intratat and his camp was called King Pet. As a trainer, he needed a tool to help warm up his fighter’s body for the grueling workouts to come and to help him recover. His fighter was “Pone Kingpetch (Mana Seedokbuab (Thai: มานะ สีดอกบวบ)”, the first WBC World Boxing Champion from Thailand who ultimately became a 3-time world champion.

The benefits of Namman Muay have been learned by word of mouth, reaching athletes of other kinds of sports such as basketball, soccer, track and field, cycling, etc. It is well-known that Namman Muay can eliminate pain and stiffness, as well as increase alertness and energy in the body. Nowadays, Namman Muay has become one of the essential requirements for athletes.

The lineage of Namman Muay is still under the watchful eye of the descendants of Thongtos Intratat. Although the formula has under-gone some enhancements over the years, Namman Muay is still only made in Thailand and strictly formulated with the finest ingredients from the area.
